OpenSourceTrade provides hospitality furniture export coordination from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

We connect international buyers with vetted Jodhpur furniture manufacturers for custom restaurant, hotel, café, and bar projects.

We offer full transparency with detailed FOB quotes, material specs, production updates, and export documentation.

Our role is project coordination and quality assurance — we are not the direct manufacturer of furniture.

Standard: 50% advance to begin production, 50% before container loading (against pre-shipment photos and QC confirmation).

For first-time buyers: Smaller sample orders may use 100% advance payment.

Payment protects both parties: secures your production slot with manufacturers and covers materials.

All payments are made directly to OpenSourceTrade for manufacturer coordination and export services.

Large repeat orders (container loads) may qualify for L/C or phased payment terms.

Buyers must specify quality requirements before order confirmation (wood type, finish, dimensions, upholstery, certifications).

We provide production photos/videos at key milestones and final QC inspection reports.

Third-party inspection (SGS/Intertek) available at buyer request (cost included in quote).

Quality verification happens before export packing and container loading.

All quotes use open-book pricing: factory cost + finishing + packing + inland transport + export documentation + our coordination fee.

Every line item backed by manufacturer invoices and receipts shared with buyer.

FOB Mundra/Nhava Sheva or CIF pricing available. Freight rates quoted based on current market.

Prices based on current material costs — subject to confirmation at order placement.

Export packing designed for ocean freight: sea-worthy crates, moisture barriers, corner protection.

We coordinate freight forwarders and provide full export documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin).

Risk transfers per agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF) clearly stated on commercial invoice.

Buyer responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and destination logistics.

Orders cancellable before production starts (materials ordered).

Once production begins, changes/cancellations may incur costs already incurred by manufacturers.

All changes require written approval and updated quotes.

Pilot/sample orders have flexible cancellation (material costs non-refundable).

These terms governed by laws of India.

Disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

We encourage good-faith negotiation before legal action.
